Cancellation Policy
No-Show and Cancellation Policy Hi there, fellow language learners! We're so excited to have you join us at FluenTech English. We can't wait to help you reach your language goals. We understand that life can get busy and plans can change, so we want to make sure our policies are fair and flexible for everyone. No-Shows As a small, family-run business, we value our students and want to offer you more flexibility and compassion than the big corporate companies. We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you're unable to attend a scheduled lesson without giving us notice in advance, it will be considered a no-show. We're happy to forgive 1 no-show per 3-month period. We rely on consistent lessons to keep our business running smoothly so after the first no-show, any additional shows during that 3-month period will be charged as a regular class. Cancellations If you need to cancel a scheduled lesson, we'd appreciate it if you could let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to adjust our schedules and potentially offer the slot to another student. If you cancel within 24 hours of the lesson, we consider that a late cancellation. Up to 3 late cancellations are allowed per 3-month period. We understand that unexpected circumstances may come up, so please reach out to us if you're facing an emergency or other unavoidable situation. If you need help with canceling or rescheduling a lesson, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'll do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.
